Why does the newsletter say there are no valid email addresses?

The newsletter can only be sent to people with a valid email address stored in your family's address book. Each email address must be validated before we can send anything to it. To verify an email address, your relative must first sign in to the website and then follow the directions to verify their account.

Once their email address has been verified, they will have the option of receiving the newsletter via email. Anyone may choose not to receive the newsletter via email. In this case, the newsletter will be available for reading on the website.
